Some of you may have sign up under a certain country prefix and your address country somehow becomes that country instead of the one that you are actually staying in.
This article will show you how to change that Country back to the one that you are staying in so that your orders actually arrived in your own backyard.
Sign in to your V-MORE account via sg.vmoreasia.com, and click on your username on the top bar and select “My Profile”
Once you are redirected, select “Account”.
Over here, you may update your personal details such as your address and password.
Select address info and click on the Edit button next to your default address
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to edit your Shipping or Billing address info
Once done, click on Continue at the end of the page and continue updating the rest of the details if needed, if not skip the page and keep clicking continue until you see the submit button.
Click on Submit and you are done!!
