REDEMPTION DELIVERY POLICY (SINGAPORE)
- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock , you will be notified, and the total amount of your order will be refunded to you accordingly.
Redeemed items are not allowed to cancel and/or exchange.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our V-MORE under Redemption are only available for delivery to specified area.
- Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subjected to the confirmation of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, every effort is made to fulfil your order within 15 business days from the date of confirmation of your order. (Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)
*Due to the current Covid19 situation all deliveries are expected to be delayed. Your kind understanding is deeply appreciated.

a) Please select ‘In Store pick up’ for self-collection at:

Closed on weekends and public holidays
In light of the current COVID-19 situation, we seek your understanding that counter service will be strictly on appointment basis only via email email@example.com or +65-6521 6806, our counter will be open from Mon-Fri, 10am to 7pm.
b) Please select ‘Delivery (V-Hitch)’ for delivery option. (Free for orders above USD30 only)
c) A USD3 fee will be charged for orders less than 30
- Damaged Items during Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the email, please provide the following information for follow up:
- Damaged item's name
- Invoice number
- Images of the said damaged item
