LOCAL REDEMPTION DELIVERY POLICY (SINGAPORE)
- General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock , you will be notified, and the total amount of your order will be refunded to you accordingly.
Redeemed items are not allowed to cancel and/or exchange.
- Delivery Location
Items offered on our V-MORE under local Redemption are only available for delivery to addresses in Singapore. [We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in Singapore only.]
Any shipments outside of Singapore please redeem from Global Redemption and/or Global Luxury Redemption.
- Delivery Time
Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subjected to the confirmation of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, every effort is made to fulfil your order within 15 business days from the date of confirmation of your order. (Business day means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays)

a) Please select ‘In Store pick up’ for self-collection at:

Mon - Fri: 10am - 7pm
Sat: 10am - 2pm
Closed on Sunday
b) Please select ‘Delivery (V-Hitch)’ for delivery option. (Only applicable for orders above USD10 only)
c) A 10% rebate will be given to users who self-collect.
Please note that the maximum rebate given per item will not exceed 3 Rebate P (V-MORE reserve the right to change the self-collect rebate amount)
- Damaged Items during Transport
If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at: firstname.lastname@example.org
In the email, please provide the following information for follow up:
- Damaged item's name
- Invoice number
- Images of the said damaged item
