The admin said the rebate will show within 2 working days. It has been more than working 2 days why didn‘t I get the rebate?
Some of the things to look out for to ensure that you get the REBATE:
- Always click on the icon of your merchant of choice in V-MORE before making any purchases. If you are making a new purchase and closed the browser or have navigated away from the site, please go back to V-MORE and click on the Merchant's Icon again.
- Likewise when making payment and for some reason, your payment has failed, please go back to V-MORE again and click on the merchant icon link to ensure that the tracking is still working
- Make sure that you start out with an empty cart. Only add the items to your cart when you have clicked through from V-MORE. if you encounter any error while adding to Cart or Checking out, do back to V-MORE and click through again.
Things to avoid doing:
- Make sure that you are not using a third party voucher, Gift Cards or coupon. Using these will overwrite any other rebate offered by V-MORE
- Cancelling of your order will also get your rebates revoked. If you noticed that your rebate amount got reduced, its highly possible that your order was cancelled and was not fulfilled or you have asked for a refund from the merchant.
- Always check the description when you click on the merchant to find out if the offer is valid on your Merchants' mobile APP or on your Laptop/Devices browsers.
- Always check that you are in the right country! All merchants under shopping are customised to only work in the country that you are in and that is tracked by your IP address. If you are in Singapore, do not go to the China page and buy from Ctrip. The transaction will get rejected by the Merchant.
