1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock, you will be notified, and the total amount of your order will be refunded to you accordingly.
Successfully redeemed items are not allowed to be cancelled, refund and/or exchange.
Please indicate if you are nominating someone to collect the item on your behalf.
You may do so by clicking on the action button indicated on your order when you login to your member backend and view your redemption sales listing.
Both the name and Identification number must be correct or match the person's ID Card or V-MORE reserve the rights to refuse collection.
3. V-MORE warehouse holding period
Please be informed that upon issuance of Delivery Order details, members are advised to collect the Redemption Items within 90 days, failing which the redemption is deemed to have expired (Items will no longer be available for collection) and members will not be entitled to any refund. Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance if you are unable to make the collection within the due date.
